2007 Query for non-enterprise custom field values

In PS 2003, we accessed project-level non-enterprise custom field values and
custom field labels via SQL for custom reporting. We primarily accessed
MSP_VIEW_PROJ_TASKS_CF and MSP_ATTRIBUTE_STRINGS to get this data.
In Project Server 2007, I believe I have found where the non-enterprise
custom field LABELS are stored, but so far, I have not been able to find the
project-level non-enterprise custom field VALUES.

For example, in a published project, Text2 through Text18 are used for
custom purposes, as well as Flag1 and Flag2.

Do you know where they are stored?
Are they still stored in 2007, or do I need to create enterprise custom
fields for these (not desired, or really practicle)?

Unlike in 2003 with the Task_CFs being in the MSP_VIEW tables in 2007 the
Task_CFs are not in the reporting database. In order to get field in the
reproting database they must be defined as a Enterprise_Task_CF.
