2007: 'Remove' button in Build Team

What is the result of using the 'Remove' button in the build team feature to
remove a resource from a project? Does it remove all the actuals, or just
remove them from future assignments? When would you want to 'remove' a
resource using this interface?

TT --

In the Build Team dialog, the Remove button removes the team member from
EVERY assigned task. If any of the tasks have actuals, the system deletes
the actuals. So, I would NEVER recommend using this button if a team member
has submitted actual progress on any tasks. Use it only for team members
that have only unstarted tasks. Generally, you would remove a resource from
the project team using the Remove button if the project has not yet started.
