If you dont want the Adminstrative Time funtion then here is detailed reply
on this (thanks to Dale Howard for it). with the help of this you can turn
off Adminstrative Time and remove it from the approaval links.

To disable this functionality, do the following:

1. Navigate to the Server Settings page and click the Project Web Access
Permissions link in the Security section of the page.
2. Deselect every permission that has the word "Timesheet" in its name and
then click the Save button.

This will disable the Timesheet functionality at the top level. You should
also hide the My Timesheet link in the Quick Launch menu as well by
completing the following steps:

1. Navigate to the Server Settings page and click the Quick Launch link in
the Look and Feel section.
2. Click the My Timesheets link to open it for editing.
3. Set the "Display link in Quick Launch" link to No and then click the
Save button.

Lastly, you will need to modify the Reminders web part to remove the
Timesheet reminders. To do this, complete the following steps:

1. Navigate to the Home page in PWA.
2. Click the Site Actions pick list menu in the upper right corner of the
page and click the Edit Page item.
3. In the Reminders web part, click the Edit pick list and select the
Modify Shared Web Part item.
4. In the sidepane on the right, expand the Project Web Access section.
5. Deselect each of the options that include the word "timesheet" in the
option's name.
6. Deselect the "Show administrative time off requests to approve" option
as well, as Administrative time requests require the Timesheet
functionality.
7. Click the OK button.
8. In the upper right corner of the page, click the Exit Edit Mode button
(DO NOT click the X button in the upper right corner of the Reminders web
part).

Hope this helps.

Hope this Help.
