2007 Resource center views

I'm resource center I'm viewing resource availibility for 4 resources, so is
my associate. My view shows 7/23/2008 through 8/26/2008. His view shows the
nov - dec 2008 (current stuff). That is what I expected to see. I am the
assignement owner for thesef folks, and we haven't been using web access to
udate task yet, so that may be why. Is there a way to set the time frame it
shows? Why is mine different than his for the same 4 resources?

Navigate to the Resource Availability page and then click the Setting menu
pick list button (on the light blue toolbar above the graph). On the
Settings menu, select the "Show on menu" option. The system adds a new View
Options button to the left of the Settings menu. Click the View Options
button to expand the View Options pane. In this pane, you can specify the
date range, the date units (such as days, weeks, or months), and specify
whether to show Proposed assignments as well. Click the Apply button to
apply your settings. That's how to do it, my friend. Hope this helps!

Hi Dale:
Thanks for your answer. I did create a special category and a group for the
people. And in the new category, I set "All current and future projects in
Project Server database". I suppose all the project would be by default added
in the category. But it didn't work.

I notice there are some options I can set:
The User is the Project Owner or the User is the Status Manager on
assignments within that Project
The User is on that project's Project Team
The Project Owner is a descendant of the User via RBS
A resource on the project's Project Team is a descendant of the User via RBS
The Project Owner has the same RBS value as the User

But I don't see they are link to my case.

Cheers
Rock
