I am sure others have had this question too but I have found little on it so
far. My wife (not familiar to computers) has to take a MS Office class for
her degree. She ended up in an Office 2003 class but we don't own office.
She can get Office 2007 at an incredible price being a college student but
her book has pictures of the 2003 menus. There is no way she could handle
doing the class work where the menus don't match the pictures in her book. I
did a search for this and only found thing you can buy in the market place.
Is there no easy way to get Office 2007 to look like Office 2003 and disable
the ribbon?
I am not looking for answers on how to get her used to the ribbon. She will
probably never touch a computer again after she gets her degree and we don't
want to buy Office 2003. We are only looking for a free way to disable the
ribbon completely and make it look like what she has in the Office 2003 text
book.
Thank you in advance,
Roy
