I can not seem to make the 2007 calendar creation work. I tools Change
Working Time new calendar copy of standard. I want to make a clendar foe the
swing shift working Monday 5-12 AM, Tues thru Friday 12:00 Am to 2:00 AM (to
finsih 8 hour workday and Saturday from 12:00 AM to 2:AM for the 40 hour
workweek. MSP 2007 will not let me do that. It changes the ending time
arbitratily for Saturday to 1:00 AM and other day ending at 11:00Pm. Very
frustrating. used to work in 2003 easily. What's the secret to having 2007
accept the workdays as I set them in workweek details?

You are seeing an annoying little bug in Microsoft Project 2007. In the
Details dialog, when you enter the To value (such as 2:00 AM) on the last
line of the time values, press the Enter key to "lock in" that value. You
cannot simply enter the final To time value and then click the OK button, as
the system reverts the To value to a time one our later than the From value
on the same line. Try it; I think you will find that this works.

Also, I would recommend that if you have not done so already, you should
apply SP2 to Microsoft Project 2007. Hope this helps.
