2007 - Timesheets: DCAA Compliant?

Can anyone tell me if Project Server 2007 Timesheets are DCAA Compliant?
I know there is now an audit log for timesheets, but i need to know
specifically if they are DCAA Compliant?

For example, the HMS (a Microsoft Partner) timesheets for Project Server
2007 specially say their timesheets are DCAA Compliant

If anyone can answer directly or point me in the right direction as I cannot
find on the Microsoft Project Server 2007 sites
