2007 Won't Launch When Not Connected to Network

I am new to OneNote and using OneNote 2007. I have only 1 notebook created
and have it stored on my hard drive. I have the backup file settings set to
create a backup once a day on our network.

If I'm plugged into the network, OneNote opens fine. If I'm not plugged
into the network, it won't open. I receive an error window that gives me
options to try and launch normally, clear cache, or delete settings. I've
tried all three options to no avail.

When I plug back into our network, it seems to work fine again.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

I changed all file setting to read my hard drive and now no problems. I
guess I'll just have to remember to back up the file manually.
