2007 Word Templates

Help,

I am using win xp pro, office 2007, and can't seem to get any downloaded
templates to show up under the "Installed Template" button. I must be
missing something, but I can't figure it out. I click download, word opens
up, I click the Button, save as, Word template, and go to where all the
tempaltes are that office installed, C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Templates\1033. But when I try to use it, Button, new, Installed
Template, it's not there. It does show up under My Templates as a .DOT file,
without any type of peview.

Well, I can't seem to get *any* templates to download right now, so I can't
test this, but ...

Only templates that actually shipped with Office 2007 will show up in
"installed templates," othewise, they show up in My Templates. The ones
you're downloading do seem to show up there, so I believe you're seeing the
expected behavior.
