Download the PDF coupon and read the small print. I'm pretty sure the
online redemption will tell you--probably at the end--to mail some stuff
in. The coupon will tell you what you need.

I too did the online redemption and it never asked for proof, just $7 for
shipping.

It does clearly state that you are still required to mail in the proof of purchase (upc code and receipt)

"Redeem Online
Select the product that you purchased and your location to submit your coupon online. Then mail us the required proof of purchase to receive your new software."
