I have several employees producing 10 to 20 page word docs, maybe one or two links, no images. Most of the employee reports average about 200KB. A few of the employees however, all of their report are between 32MB and 35MB. Again same length, one or two links, no images. The trouble is the employees with larger files are being timed out when trying to attach to an email. I know there are several file reducing tricks but those only take off a few MB. I want to understand why most of reports are in the 200KB range, but a few people all of them are above 32MB, when the reports are essentially the same.
