When I enter data into my spreadsheet I am getting two Excel "messages" that I do not want to see. Can someone please tell me the correct setting to choose to make them not come up in the future? The first is when I am copying from one cell to another a little graphic of a clipboard pops up with "(Ctrl)" next to it and a drop-down arrow for paste formatting options. The second is a small green wedge in the upper left corner of the cell. The cells are formatted as Text. I realize that this mark will go away if I change the format to General but I need it formatted as text due to the way the information is displayed in the cell. Help please.
