25 Character Authorization Code

Microsoft Office came installed on my computer when I
bought it 2 years ago. Earlier this year I had a virus,
and had to have the hard drive re-formatted (or replaced,
I don't remember which). At any rate, I can't get Word
to work because it requires the 25 character
Authorization Code, which Dell tells me is on the box
(which I don't know where it is). Can anyone tell me
what I need to do in order to address this issue? How do
I contact Microsoft? Their website seems very busy, and
it looks like you can't get help without paying!!!

You have an OEM version from Dell, so MSFT will not supply you with an
authorization code,
You will have to ask Dell.
