25 number to start microsoft word 2002

every time i go to microsoft word, it asks for a set up number of 25 digits,
i do not know and cannot find it, every code i enter is wrong, how can i
retrieve the code

It should be printed either on a sticker on your CD or CD case or on a
Certificate of Authenticity that accompanied the CD.
