26 of 30 pages gone...

Hi to all...

we are using office xp on one pc and office 2000 on all
other pcs. The user created a document with OXP which
consits of 30 pages. When we try to open this document
with O2k we can see only 4 pages.

Any comments to this problem ?

Hi Michael,

If you're using 'Allow Fast Saves' in Tools=>Options
save that can reduce transportability of documents.
If you're in 'Normal view' and there are wrapped
items, including tables, switch to Print Layout view.

The user with Office XP may want to try saving a copy
of the document as a Web page from Word, closing it,
reopening it and save it as a new name to see if the
file has become corrupted. That can clear out some
cobwebs or try saving it with the 'disable settings
not available in Word 97' turned on in Tools->Options->Save
