2nd e-mail account in Outlook 2003

I an on XP(w/o SP1) and use Office 2003. I am on comcast ISP.
I have added an 2nd e-mail account.
When I or anyone send an e-mail to the new account it (usually) shows up in
my primary account not the new account. I say (usually) because sometimes,
but not normally, the mail will go to my 2nd account as intended. Also if I
forward or send something from my primary account to the 2nd account and it
goes to 2nd account it shows the the message came from the 2nd account.
I obviously need help in getting the accounts to send and receive messages
correctly and show that they came from the correct account.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

When sending mail, use the Accounts button to select the correct account.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
