2nd installation of outlook after bad software messed me up

I had outlook installed and running then tried to install Mcafee virous
protection. Messed up my puter big time. I was barely able to do a restore.
Reloaded MS office and everything works great except Outlook. Keep getting
this message -
Failed to register a VB Script DLL. Reinstall or run Regsvr32.exe
Vbscript.dll to self register. The key ‘Display name’ is either missing or
has an incorrect value. [File C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office
10\forms\1033\SECREC(2).CFG, Section Description] Anyone know what i
messed up? Thanks in advance in case I keel over soon.
