2nd Try - Help Printing Consecutive Envelopes in Word 2002

Monte Sliger

I posted this message last week but somehow it disappeared from the
newsgroup, so I thought I would try again.

When I try to print envelopes one after another, the second and all
succeeding envelopes have the recipient's address offset to the left 1 inch.
I open Word, go to Tools/Letters and Mailing/Envelopes and Labels. I click
on the address book icon and select a name from my address book. I then
click print. The envelope prints OK. I then (without closing Word) go back
to Tools/Letters and Mailing/Envelopes and Labels, click on the address book
icon, select another name (or even the same one that printed fine
previously) and click print. I get a message box telling me the borders of
Section One are outside the printing area. I click to tell it to print
anyway. The recipient's address prints offset to the left 1 inch. This
happens for any additional envelopes I print until I close Word and reopen
it. After closing and reopening, the first envelope prints fine but any
after that give me that error and have the address offset to the left.

OfficeXP Standard (no patches)on WinXP Home (w/SP1) printing to an HP 4000
LaserJet printer using driver that came with WindowsXP.

Any ideas?

Thanks for any replies.
