2nd Try... Upgrade to Office 2003 broke my Office Toolbar...

I posted this about 8 hrs ago, but it never showed up. Anyway, after I installed Office 2003 yesterday I am no longer able to have an Office Toolbar. I didn't realize how much I used it until it was MIA. When I run "Office Shortcut Bar" from the Program menu it runs a program called OSA.EXE. This program, however, doesn't seem to actually do anything. In Windows Task Manager, it shows up as "OneNote Office Toolbar" but is nowhere to be found. I can't "switch" to it from the Task Manager, and I can't find any GUI for it anywhere

Does anyone know how to restore this toolbar

TIA for any insight.

Office2003 does not include the Office Shortcut Bar. You can install the
Office Shortcut Bar from OfficeXP if you'd like, or you can replace the OSB
with a more functional replacement (search this newsgroup for more info on
suggested freeware alternatives).
