2nd User gets "File is being opened Read-Only" dialog...

Using Office XP / Access 2002 w/SP3, etc. (up to date)

They run the app via a shortcut to the .adp

What do I need to do to prevent this?

Adp. is a client app and each user must have his or her
own copy of the file. Not a shortcut to the same file.
