3 beeps when important message received?

Just installed 2003. Whenever a message marked high importance is
received, I get three loud beeps. This is independent of the received
mail notification, which is unchecked. How do I get rid of this?

This is not build in functionality of Outlook. See if you've got an add-in
installed that does this.
