3-decimal gaps not supported?

In the "Copies per sheet" section of Page Setup, I need
to get the vertical gap to be precisely 0.125" - but
Publisher (2003) always rounds this up to 0.13". Is
there any way to get Publisher to understand measurements
to 3 decimal places?
