3 dimensional graph???

Please expand this before you read it...

I tried to graph this senario...I can't seem to find a way
Note: below is a represenation of my graph...(Z) is my
problem...

X Y Z

X= Year 2001 (History)
Y= Year 2002 (History)
Z= Year 2003 (Partial History with forecasts)


A=SHIPPING units
B=SALES units
C=FORECAST units append on top of (B)

HELP!!!!
