3 Duplicate "Incoming" folders

I have three "incoming" folders - all pointing to the
same
single PSD in the Local - Applications - Microsfot -
Outlook folder (Office XPPro)
I cannot rename or delete these. I cannot move them - its
a pain.
Anyone have any ideas?
