3 Load Balanced VNS Servers Issue

We have 3 VNS Server in LB environment on MSPS 2003 SP2a. That setup has
been running for months.

Today looks like only one VNS server processes XML at a time while other 2
just sit there. We are getting these errors in Event Viewer.
