3 Part Question - **Challenge**

-What is the point of even using an Admin Plan as opposed to a regular one,
when there are so few differences?

-Why am I getting a Spooler Error?

-Why do I get an email that says: "The following tasks need progress
updates." Why is this generated?

1. On a user's timesheet in PWA, tasks from an Administrative project
cannot be hidden. Furthermore, tasks in an Administrative project are like
an "empty" bucket which never end, and into which users add their Actual
Work hours for things like vacation, sick leave, or unplanned work. If you
use an Administrative project to capture nonworking time, such as Vacation
and Sick Leave, you can easily report on the working time from within the
Administrative project.

2. By chance, what Spooler error do you see? There are lots of different
Spooler errors and we can't read your mind, my friend! :) Let us know.

3. I believe that a team members sees this e-mail message when his/her PM
selects a task in a project and then clicks Collaborate - Request Progress
Information. This is a feature of Project Server that allows a PM to get
progress updates outside of the normal progress reporting life cycle.

Hope this helps.
