3 problems with MS PROJECT

I'm beginner scheduler in MS PROJECT and I've 3 problems:

1) milestone
when I filled "resorce name" i can't put 100 % in fild "% work
complete".
how to resolve it? (when fild resource name is blank it's OK with 100
%)

When I put 100 % in fild "% work complete" (after resolved earler
problem) I would like to milestone become automatically SOLID (0 %
blank)

2) I'd like to add column with FINISH DATE previous task - who to do
it?
I level resources manually and it will make it easier for me.

3) how to properly link task 37 with task 36 and 35 ?.
I can do task 37 when task 35 will be finished and delivery from task
36
will be completed.

Please help me.

i have more than 4thousends line in my project. My aim job is level 9
resources. Is it possible to level it automatically (ms project will
leveling it).
now I level data manually. I know about option level resources but it
doesen't work.

I have reviewed the file you suggested as an example, and the only thing I
can say is that I seriously recommend you to take a course on Office Project.
It will definitely make your life a lot easier. One more thing: managing a 4
thousand + tasks project, is definitely not for beginners.

If you can't take a course, at least use the Project Help and visit and read
all the information you can on how to use Office Project at the Online Help.

As I said i'm begginer scheduler (start work at first 9th) and m
company are going to send me on a ms project course.

But I'd like to improve file now bec I know that that file is not goo

(that file was used n company more than two years).

Please tell me the wrongest errors in that file, what i must change.

i Copy the Entry Table and give it a new name such as "AA Entry 1". Bu
what i must organize? Pleae tell me or send repaired file

There are also various date constraints - what do you mean? thare ar
three different project (so 3 different exw)

Please answer on my question - that i wrote in my first mail.
