3 queries into one query..Please help

How would I combine 3 seprate queries into one one query? All 3 queries have
similar tables in each. Do I do make table, append or? What is the best way
to do this. It needs to excute fast because it will need to be exported into
an Excel spreadsheet and not a Access Report format.
