3 questions on macro keyboard shortcuts

Susan

I have some questions on the keyboard shortcuts that I assign to
macros that have stumped me. Can you help?

Is there a way to see a list of all keyboard shortcuts on my system,
including ones that I have assigned to macros?

If I copy my list of macros to another document (using the Organizer),
they do not seem to go with the keyboard shortcuts that I assigned to
them on the first computer.

Can I assign a keyboard shortcut to an existing macro?

Is there a way to find out what keyboard shortcut is assigned to a
macro if I've forgotten what I have assigned? (When I look at the VB
code for the macro, I do not see where the keyboard shortcut is
assigned.)

Thanks!

Susan

To see keyboard shortcuts: Open Word, hit File-Print. Change the Print What
dropdown to "Key assignments". Print.

Key assignments don't follow: True.

Assign a keyboard shortcut to existing: Sure. Tools-Customize, Commands
tab, hit the Keyboard button. In the left, find "Macros", on the right, find
your macro and type the keyboard shortcut and assign it.
