3 questions regarding upgrading from Office 2000 to Office 2003

Hello,

I have 3 questions regarding upgrading my Office 2000 to Office 2003.

1 - What is the procedure and sequence to follow BEFORE and DURING the
upgrade process?

2 - Do I need to uninstall Office 2000 first BEFORE installing Office
2003?

3 - Is there a size limit for the PST file (one of them is very large,
210mb)
