New to Access. I have 3 tables, ContactInfo, Availability and Ministries.
Each person in ContactInfo can be available many different times and be
involved in many different ministries. I created the 3 tables with combo
boxes. Such as in the Availability table i have a field name 'service time'
and the combo box lists our different times, in same table under the field
'holidays' i listed Christmas etc..... and so on. In the Ministry table I
did the same thing since there are subcatagories under different ministries.
How do I create a form and relationships with these 3 tables so each record
shows one person with the multiple times and ministries they are involved in?
I had a form that worked until my data would just disappear or part of a
table's info on the subform would not be available to choose. Like one
record wouldn't display all the service times under the combo box etc... I
had 3 tables all linked by their primary keys which were the ID's and that's
what seemed to be wrong. What do yo suggest? I tried the many to many and
that didn't work. The one to one for all three worked until my data after the
6th record went haywire. Thank you in advance!!!
