3 users and a shared calender

We a shared calender on Outlook (XP) with couple of
Exchange servers behided use. some are 2000 some are 5.5.
2 of the user can ONLY see each others posting/events the
3 user can see all the posting/events. All have
Publishing Editor rights. Any suggestions??
