3 variable xyz scattergram

Hi there I need to create a 3 variable, and 3d (rotatable optional)
scattergram using a logartihmic scale on the x axis.

x axis range: 0.1 - 7,000,000
y axis range: 0 - 1
z axis range: 0 - 7,000,000

Can you please help.

The 3d chart in a LINE chart the x-values are treated as categories not
numbers.
