3 X 5 Cards

I need to create a printout of 3 x 5 cards. I think I remember word having
an index card function but I'm not sure, I might be remembering some other
program.

Does anyone know whether this is the case, or how to go about creating one
if it doesn't? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Many printers can't handle a page size as small as 3x5. If yours can, then set
that size both in the printer's Properties dialog and in Word's Page Setup
dialog.

As an alternative, your friendly neighborhood (or online) stationer may carry
Avery #5388 stock or equivalent, which has three cards per 8.5x11 perforated
sheet. Word handles this stock in the Labels feature (in Word 2003 and earlier,
Tools > Letters and Mailings > Envelopes and Labels > Labels; in Word 2007,
Mailings > Labels).
