30 minutes to Filter in Excel 2007

I have a 2007 excel file with 25,000 raws and 6 columns, whenever I want to
filter some information it takes up to 30 minutes of "thinking" to show the
information requested. I have Intel Dual Core with 2 Gb RAM
I have the same file in other PC using excel 2003 and the results are shown
in an eyeblink.
Can someone please help?

Is there conditional formatting on the worksheet? There is a bug in 2007
where conditional formats are duplicated many times by simple copy actions,
greatly slowing 2007.
