32 bit TCP/IP error showing up

HELP!!!! Yesterday I was working in my FrontPage 98 just
fine and today it tells me that FrontPage requires 32 bit
TCP/IP Networking and that i don't have it! It asks me if
i would like help installing it and then prompts me to
install Windows 95 TCP/IP Protocol! I have Windows ME! How
can i fix this problem? Right now i can not even get into
FrontPage 98. I would appreciate any help. Thanks.
