3d diagram in visio??

can i draw diagrams in 3D by visio??? if yes, can i rotate in the 3d??

3D rotational diagramming is possible.
However, the structure i.e. a building, will have to be custom made. The
shape sheet cells will have to loaded with custom made formula.(sin cos tan)
The rotational movement will have to associated with a custom made macro.

knowledge of shape referencing cells and VB coding is required.
