4.5 GB PST file changed to 0 KB

[PSTRecovery]

Had a PST file that was 4.5 GB in size (it was the Outlook 2003 Unicode
format). Couldn't copy the file off of the machine, ran chkdsk, and
now the file size is 0 KB, and is unreadable in both outlook and the
Inbox Repair tool. I've run ckdsk /F /R, and it's not detecting
errors.

Any thoughts?

Restore from backup is your only option at the moment.

Restore from backup. You DO have a backup right?
