How would you calculate the difference between work days with a 4 day week
AND holidays??

With difficulty based on this question!

Could you please give a specific example please of what you are trying to
"difference"?

I have some formulas at
http://www.cpearson.com/Excel/BetterNetWorkDays.aspx that show how to
get the number of days between two dates, excluding any number of days
of the week and specified holidays. It is a replacement for the
NETWORKDAYS function, in which Saturday and Sunday are hard wired in
the function.
