4 "pages" to a page

There used to be a macro in WordPerfect 5.1 that let you
take text and put four pages of condensed text on one 8.5 x
11 page. Can someone tell me where a similar macro or
template exists for Word 97?

In Word, it's not a macro but a selection in the Print menu. In the "Zoom"
box, click on "Pages per sheet" and select 4.

This feature is not available in Word 97, unfortunately. It was introduced
in Word 2000. But some printer drivers have the option of printing N-up, so
you could check the printer Properties.
