4 - POSTCARDS & MAIL MERGE: MS 2007 - WORD & PUBLISHER (which is best)?
Writing is about making a picture. Most of the answers I have read are
careless in their talent to make a "step BY step picture".... how to "set up
a
file" to put stuff in all 4 SECTIONS of a standard postcard sheet that you
buy at Home Depot. I have tried to find the answer on You Tube. So... once
and for all... please, I invite your talent and hard work to help once and
for all: How to fill 4 postcards and mail merge?
Thank You from the MUTTMIND.
("We want to smell, taste and enjoy your tentcious talent").

*I concider my request to be a standard business problem - review: Standard
postcard sheets - put stuff in each postcard and mail merge.

This is a "gee wiz answer" for me: I did mention words guide us to a picture
and most of the answers I have read are careless in their talent to make a
"step BY step".

I said this because, I notice your answer to this problem is posted many
times. I don't think you want to be the best. I get nervous reading your
answer. I don't have confindence that you are "measuring the picture" you
wrote (if - misses the picture of - "you who" - standard size postcard
sheets... all 4 will be the same). You write like a know it all with the
repeat... AVERY answer. I defend that publisher has a postcard ICON. You
Mary do not mention this use.
*I new something would go wrong. Your first step mention your reference:
Publisher - "In Publisher" - then file. I clicked file and page set up was
disabled.

Dear Mutt Mind,

I only mention the Avery setup because it always works with four per sheet. When
you select the Publisher's blank postcard 1/4 letter 5.5 x 4.25, are you getting
four per sheet in print preview? I do not, so I suggest the Avery setup on the
supposition all 2007 users have the same issue.

Muttmind - your steps do not create success.
I was hoping someone would come along - who has a lot of experiences reading
bad “step by step†explanations. People are “stuckâ€! The one in the know
sees “this picture†as well as - will provide the best explanation. You
“have to have talent to see†people stuck and see bad explanations. The best
-takes charge and makes a statement of… strength of mind… which few have. Be
bold. Be tenacious. Hello - I am Mary, I will give you step by step
instructions being careful what I am assuming! Every step mentioned… works
with detail - choices of what the next step… is… to succeed!
My hope; someone with tenacious talent would come forward: I’m stuck for
days. Mary, your instructions still have errors. Using a standard size
“postcard stock†all postcards would be the same. I want to keep success at
a high probability…. for me. You mentioned “ifâ€. You added the word "if";
this compounds the direction of getting the fundamentals... first for me.
Next – file- “page set up†does not WORK! PAGE SET UP IS DISABLED. Your
instructions do not work. I consider this a “defect in talentâ€: Relying on
you, I learn – stuff don’t work.
I notice; if you go to file, postcard, Avery -Us letter that works. Next –
you have to select postcard choice. A PICTURE IS DISPLAYED TO THE LEFT SIDE
OF THE PAGE. *I, at this moment do not know the next step. I am playing
with clicking “this and thatâ€. I looked at this subject on “YOU TUBE†to
find my answer… not there. THE OJECT IS, THOSE WHO READ WHAT YOU SAY… WILL
BE SUCCESFUL.
REIEW – your instructions are not in correct order. “If†– misses, these
instruction are about getting the basics. There are a few more instructions
regarding what to click next… missing: The number of the template and when
you click the template, a picture appears to the upper left of the screen.
Instructions on “how to create postcards†from a 4 part/cell postcard stock
are list in other parts of these discussion groups - lack the “best of
talent†getting control of the… question. Experts are tenacious talents that
get control of the question that reveals to the reader/ stuck – profound
strength of mind. STRENTH - IN - YOUR - MIND… BOOM!
