400 - Your request can't be completed because of a communication e

One of our users has a huge distribution list they created (est at 600
names). When they try to add more names to this list, they get the following
error message; "400 - Your request can't be completed because of a
communication error". I did find an article (Q238569) which talks about a
"Distribution list has reached its max" errror msg. But we do not get this
message, only the one I mentioned. I had the user create a new distribution
list and they were able to add additional users to the new list. Guess I'm
just looking to see if their original list has reached its max so I can tell
them that's the case. Hope someone can help me out.

That sounds like a server error. Is that the full text of the error
message?

Brian,

Thanks for your response. Yes, that is the exact error message received.

400
Your request can't be completed because of a communication error.

The message pops up in a small windows with Windows Internet Explorer as the
window's title. When she created a new distribution list, the names that she
couldn't add to the original distribution list went into the new list with no
problem. I created a list from my login and had no problem adding names to
my list as well.

An Internet Explorer error? I'm stumped.
