4362 error and buttons not responding

When I open entourage I get a 'Action could not be completed. An unknown
error (4362) ocurred.' None of the toolbar buttons work. I must use the
menus to create/send mail. Using OSX 10.3.3 and Entourage 10.1.4.

Try rebuilding the database. First, go to Entourage -> Turn Off Office
Notifications. Now, quit Entourage, and then restart Entourage holding down
the Option key. When the Rebuild dialog box comes up, choose to do a
Typical Rebuild.

If that doesn't work, try the other suggestions on the Entourage Help Page.
