451 Temporary local problem - please try later

[Alternative]

When using Outlook I can receive mail OK but everytime I try to send a mail
then I get a System Admin error mail returned with the following text:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: test
Sent: 01/12/2005 09:11

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

xxxxxx on 01/12/2005 09:11
451 Temporary local problem - please try later

Any ideas on the meaing of the 451 error

It sounds as though something isnt configured properly, is this happening
only when you try to send to one domain ?? or does it happen on every message
that you try sending regardless of who it is to?

Looks like there's trouble with the SMTP server you're using. Have you
checked with your ISP?

closest I have got for the meaning of the 451 error is:

"This response is sent when the SMTP server incurred an error in processing
an SMTP transaction."
