451 Temporary local problem

Recently I started recieving this message when I send
mail: 451 Temporary local problem - please try later. I
tried sending mail via webmail and it works fine.

I even looked through Microsoft's Knowledge base, but I
found nothing. Does anyone have any ideas? It sounds
like an internal program error, but I'm not certain.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
