452 4.5.3 Too many recipients

I'm just sending only 30 clients and I have that problem. I know my ISP
"SBC" will allow me at least 100. I remember seeing somewhere about a
service pack problem regarding office? Can anyone confirm?

I've tried reinstalling off2K3 and disabling all my firewall and antivirus,
but get the same results. So just to prevent me from going crazy I tried it
at a different site and was able to send over 50. Same version and that
other place I tried at, is protected by 2-3 firewalls with an antivirus
program.

I don't get it. Any feedbacks?

It's not an Outlook limitation. Also the error message you get is a server
response, rejecting the e-mail. Contact SBC and ask if there was a recent
policy change that prohibits you from doing this.
