4byte-char is not accepting

We are getting the problem with MS Access 2003 when we interset 4byte-chars
in the database.

Giving the error as "The chnages you requested to the table were not
successful becuase they would create duplicate values in the index, primary
key, or releationship. Change the data in the field or fields that contain
duplicate data, remove the index, or define the index to permit duplicate
entires and try again."

this problem we are getting only with 4 byte characters (3400, 3401, 3403 in
simplified Chinese)

I'm never used this characters, but

is talking about 2-byte Unicode only, so this may be the cause.
