4x6 memory cards

Hi, I am looking for a template in Word 2003 for Memory Cards for a Funeral.
Does anyone have, can you make? Help? I have been contacted to creat some
for a funeral on Friday and I meet with the widow tonight.

I want a card with some lines and on the top in Elegant Scrolling : My
Special Memory of You
