How do I get paper set up to give me an 8.5X11 in landscape, two pages per
sheet and different margins so that I can 3 hole punch on the 5.5 side and
the margins be the same for both pages after I cut them in two. I am using

Unfortunately, I don't think you can. For reasons unknown, Word seems to
default to "Mirror margins" for "2 pages per sheet."

You can't do this in Word. I remember when the filofax was popular that it
was a nightmare to format the pages which had a similar layout - and not
worth doing. Consequently I have a stack of unused Filofax paper sitting
around somnewhere in my office :(

One solution that presented itself at the time, and is still available, is
to purchase ClickBook - www.bluesquirrel.com/clickbook/. However you will
need to print a lot of booklets to justify the $50 price and hopefully the
company has now desisted from spamming its customers - which way back then
was a particular annoyance. That aside it does the job quite well.
