Much of what was found in Visio 5.0 Plus has been carried forward and
significantly improved. However, a couple of items have been dropped from
the product. The things that I'm aware of are the Furniture Selector,
Mechanical Parts Library and Valve Builder add-ons. The shape content might
have been rearranged a bit, but it has been preserved and upgraded. The
major engineering solutions around Facilities Management, Process
Engineering and Building Engineering are still present.
Microsoft has merged the Visio Technical and Visio Professional products
into a single product called Visio Professional.
